Return Policy

At EAGLE EXPRESS, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    • All original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
    • Items must be in resalable condition.

Some products may not be returnable due to hygiene, personalization, or regulatory restrictions (e.g., opened cosmetics or intimate items). These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Return an Item

Please email customercare@eagleexpress.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Supporting images (if item is defective or damaged)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, the return shipping address, and any required forms.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns:
    • If you’re returning an item due to change of mind, wrong size, or similar reasons, you are responsible for shipping fees.
  • EAGLE EXPRESS-Covered Returns:
    • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds or Rejections:
    • Returns missing items or not in original condition may qualify for a partial refund.
    • Returns initiated after the 14-day window may be rejected.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please:

  • Return the unwanted item using the process above.
  • Place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Based on your preference and item availability, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
