Warranty and Customer Care

1. Coverage

Our bags and luggage are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

2. First 12 Months

Covers:

• Manufacturer defects
• Transit damage (airline handling, etc.)

We cover all repair costs, including return shipping. If irreparable, we replace the item or offer one of equal value.

3. Second Year

Covers defects in:

• Zippers, wheels, handles, locks from regular use

Transit-related or cosmetic damage is not covered in the second year.

4. After 2 Years

We offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Contact us to get an estimate before sending your item.

5. Proof of Purchase

You must provide the original receipt or digital invoice.
No warranty claims will be accepted without it.
